job summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and optimizing automated manufacturing systems, including PLCs, HMIs, robots, and SCADA. You will troubleshoot complex systems, lead process improvement projects, and train new staff. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience managing automated equipment. responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain automated manufacturing systems, including PLCs, HMIs, robots, and SCADA for medical device assembly.
Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, robots, and vision systems used for quality control.
Assist in troubleshooting laser welders, heat staking machines, and material feed systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot automation shop floor network.
Systematically diagnose and document issues with complex systems.
Lead projects aimed at enhancing process monitoring, quality, and cost reduction.
Train new staff on the operation of automated equipment.
Collect and analyze data to identify potential improvements in automated equipment.
Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure efficient operation of automated equipment.
Share expertise with team members to strengthen overall team capabilities.
Previous experience in a regulated industry or validation is advantageous.
