Manufacturing plant located in IL is looking for a Senior Accountant that is an expert using SAGE software! The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and have experience working in a manufacturing industry. This is an onsite position with flexible start times! You will be on a small, laid back accounting team. APPLY TODAY if interested!

Responsibilities
Prepare for month-end close procedures
Assist with verifying accounts are set up correctly by verifying SKU's, overhead rates, direct labor rates, etc.
Work with other senior accountant and director of finance on processes with SAGE software
Work with engineering team, and other teams on projects
Internal and External Audit
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages
