White Manufacturing, located in Zanesville, Ohio, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our manufacturing facilities across multiple divisions, including White Machine, Allied Machine, Coshocton Industries, Douglass Alloys, and Friesingers. Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment, including CNC lathes and mills, hydraulic systems, conveyor systems, gear drives, and welding equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues, utilizing technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools. Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize equipment downtime and maintain production efficiency. Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes. Assist in the setup and installation of new equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment status. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.

  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical systems.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
