The Maintenance Production Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all production equipment. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. The technician will work closely with production teams to ensure all machinery and equipment operate safely and efficiently. Must have mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints, ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and automated control systems is a plus. Responsibilities
Schedule and execute preventive maintenance.

Assist in installing new equipment.
Ensure equipment meets standards.

Follow safety protocols.
Ensure regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with production teams.

Provide equipment use training.

Participate in root cause analysis.

Assist in facility maintenance.
Maintain a clean production environment.
The essential functions of this role include:
