Seeking excellent root cause investigation; experience utilizing DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instruction, etc. Continous Improvement experience and ISO backgrounte. responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to monitor production and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Problem Solving: Utilize root cause analysis and corrective action methods to address quality issues and drive sustainable solutions.
Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce defects, and improve overall product quality and reliability.
Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality standards and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate quality documentation and generate reports to communicate performance metrics and improvement initiatives to management.
