The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounts receivable processes, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and financial accuracy. Responsibilities

• Ensure all billing transactions are completed and accurately recorded in our system.

• Prepare invoices and complete monthly billing processes.

• Coordinate and pursue receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.

• Provide detailed financial reports and analysis related to accounts receivable.

• Manage and review contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Meet multiple critical deadlines on a monthly basis.

• Other AR responsibilities as assigned.

Skills

• Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)

• Aging Receivables (2 years of experience is required)

• B2B Collections (2 years of experience is required)

• Basic Software Skills (2 years of experience is required)

• Billing (2 years of experience is required)
