Ready to let your ambition thrive? We are looking for a candidate with previous leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of quality products through production, operations, and manufacturing. This is a management position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.
salary: $52,000 - $56,160 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 2 PM - 10:30 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Document Control:
Develop and maintain document control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Manage the documentation lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving of documents.
- Production Coordination:
Collaborate with production teams to develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
Monitor production workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Quality Management:
Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, such as ISO standards or industry-specific regulations.
Assist in the preparation and execution of quality audits, ensuring compliance with established procedures and requirements.
- Continuous Improvement:
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and solutions to streamline processes, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration to share best practices and lessons learned, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Other Requirements:
strong knowledge of document management systems, quality management principles, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001).
Proven experience in production coordination, document control, or a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
