As a Repair Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders for repair processes. You will be responsible for managing customer repairs, addressing quality concerns, and maintaining effective communication channels. This role is crucial for upholding supplier quality ratings and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Manage large Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customer quality portals and address general customer quality concerns, maintaining excellent supplier quality ratings on vendor scorecards.
Process incoming customer Return Material Authorization (RMA), failure analysis, and MRB (Material Review Board) requests. Coordinate and request external vendor RMAs.
Ensure OEM customer failure analysis response requirements are met.
Report any issues requiring Non-Conformance or Corrective/Preventative Actions (NC/CAPA) to designated staff.
Maintain continuous communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding repair status. Keep the Repair and MRB portal updated to ensure repairs stay on track for completion.
Determine warranty status and request purchase orders from customers when necessary.
Create or issue sales orders, purchase orders, or shippers related to repairs.
