Randstad US Recruiter/Event Coordinator in Dallas, Texas
As an Events Process Recruiter you are responsible for administration and operational support of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. Successful candidates will have a strong service mindset, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
Distributing flyers for events to local area groups/organizations
Sending candidate campaigns and hiring campaigns
Running hiring events onsite at office locations and local hotel conference rooms including coordination with site leaders
Recruitment engagement with hiring managers and candidates
Recruitment process compliance and system administration
Collaborate on special projects
Position Requirements:
Basic qualifications include:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months-1 year recruitment support, administration and data reporting experience
Willingness to travel weekly, attending 3-4 events per week in multiple cities, locations (Up to 80% travel)
Preferred qualifications include:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Applicant tracking system experience
Solid understanding of MS Office/Google products
Proven ability to work within a team environment
Ability to take direction and execute a plan
Ability to work independently
Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
Track record of proven results

The base salary range for this position is $56,910-$77,070

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
