Our client is looking for a Quality Manager to be responsible for driving continuous improvements in their processes and products by working closely with Production, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering and Supply Chain to identify and correct the root causes of unacceptable processes and products. salary: $95,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities
Direct resource for data analysis, problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvement.
Owner and accountable for the implementation of the COPQ strategy.
Support root-cause analysis and other problem-solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize production processes.
Oversee product inspections and testing procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Develop and implement standard operating procedures as necessary.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality processes, procedures, and records.
Use of theory and principles of statistics and statistical process control.
Interact with other departments to identify opportunities to improve quality and establish feedback with manufacturing and development personnel.
Actively lead and participate in internal quality audits.
Support the manufacturing groups to create, implement and document procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
Support consistent metrics (process capability, control charts, measurement quality) for monitoring systems effectiveness.
Interface with suppliers and customer representatives concerning problems with quality control and assure that effective corrective actions are implemented.
