A large manufacturer in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their globally expanding company! This company is looking for someone who is ambitious, pro active, and has a willingness to ensure that all operations run smoothly! This is a 1st shift position, hourly rate is $32-$38/hour. This is a direct hire position-this company offers an annual bonus, medical, dental, vision benefits along with 401k, PTO and other incentives! Benefits start on DAY 1 of employment! Responsibilities
Responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment including crusher machines, conveyor systems, motors, pneumatic tools and hydraulic equipment
Responsible for welding and fabrication as needed for repairs
Utilize blueprints
Ensure correct and safe operation of equipment and machinery
Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing
Source replacement parts and perform repairs
Safely operate cranes, hoists, power tools, and hand tools
Assess the condition of used parts using micrometers, calipers and specifications
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience requires
Knowledge/understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
