Randstad is partnerting with a home furnishing retailer is looking to hire an Accounting Team Lead/Accounts Payable Lead to join their team in Conshohocken, PA. This Hybrid role would start out as a 6 month contract with potential extension beyond. Please see below for additional details. If interested in this opportunity, with your resume today! salary: $50 - $69 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Heavy focus on Accounts Payable and some B2B Receivables (not much)
Manage suppliers, check runs, month-end close, -
Process checks, supplier setup, invoice coding -
Work with ERP systems (Bosware or Darwin is what is currently used
Work closely with team members and manager
Requirements:
5+ years of AP experience
2+ years of management experience
Shared Service experience required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Accounts Payable experience is a MUST
ERP system experience (SAP preferred, not required)
Written and verbal communication skills
Skills
Accounts Payable (5 years of experience is required)
SAP (3 years of experience is preferred)
Purchase Orders
Month-End Close
Vendor Setup
Invoices (5 years of experience is required)
Shared Services (2 years of experience is required)
Coding/Batching
