Our client, in Concord, NH, has an immediate opening for a Call Center Representative. Our client supports the medical industry and we need you! Location: Concord, NH Hours: Monday through Friday from 1st shift hours

Responsibilities
Supporting our client's customers as the first point of contact.
You will answer questions concerning their accounts and will help customers with their account issues
Identifying customer needs, answering questions, or resolving problems
Performing routine call center activities concerning business products and services
Using the tools provided to guide you through customer conversations
Providing customers with important information while communicating in a warm empathetic manner
Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date
Providing exceptional customer service
