We are in search of a Warehouse Lead for a leading manufacturer of high-quality lubricants serving a diverse range of industries. We are committed to excellence, innovation, and sustainability in all our products and processes. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Packaging Lead to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Packaging Lead will be responsible for overseeing all packaging operations, ensuring that products are packaged efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards and regulations. This role involves coordinating with production teams, managing packaging materials, and leading a team of packaging operators.
salary: $24 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the packaging team to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and implement packaging strategies to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all packaging activities.
Monitor packaging processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Manage inventory of packaging materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability.
Train, mentor, and evaluate packaging team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to resolve any packaging-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of packaging activities and prepare reports as required.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in packaging technology.
