Responsibilities
Supervise Warehouse Staff: Lead and manage a team of warehouse workers, providing training and performance management.
Inventory Management: Oversee the storage, organization, and tracking of inventory, conducting regular audits and reconciling discrepancies.
Shipping and Receiving: Ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving of goods, coordinating with carriers and logistics providers.
Process Optimization: Implement efficient warehouse processes to enhance productivity, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS).
Safety and Compliance: Enforce compliance with safety standards, conduct safety drills, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other heavy machinery as needed.
Coordination with Other Departments: Liaise with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure smooth operations and handle customer inquiries related to warehouse operations.
The essential functions of this role include:

working in a non-temperature controlled environment
working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
