Blow-Mold Machine Operator Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Operate blow-mold machines to produce quality bottles, perform audits, weights, and quality checks.
Follow quality control and blow mold process procedures.
Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on blow-mold and support equipment.
Adjust machines to meet product specifications.
Learn and perform preventive maintenance and mechanical changes.
Grind excess bottles and material.
Assist with troubleshooting process problems.
Prepare maintenance requests and document equipment repairs.
Document daily production reports, including rejects and efficiencies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Note: Responsibilities may vary by plant. Receive task instructions from Lead Operator or Supervisor.
