Seeking professional Customer Service Specialists for a temp-to-perm opportunity with one of Columbus's Top Employers, a leader in the Insurance and Financial Services industry.
Details:
Competitive hourly pay rate starting at $19.00 per hour (weekly)
Conveniently located at 1000 Yard St. Grandview Heights, OH 43212
Hours: Mon-Thurs 11:30 am- 8:00pm & Fridays 9:30 am-6:00 pm
Hybrid work schedule after training

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Financial Customer Service Representative in our Life New Business Solutions Center, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals and businesses prepare for and protect their retirement. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering extraordinary care.
- Handle inbound calls from agents, ensuring life insurance applications meet quality standards, and maintaining service level agreements.
