Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Offer accurate information about our insurance products, services, and policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
Process claims, policy changes, and renewals efficiently.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or insurance is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
