Production Support Coordinator Wanted! Randstad is seeking a Production Support Coordinator for our client in Colombus, NJ. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. Our client is a premier fabricator of customer architectural millwork, with the capabilities of the newest technologies in wood manufacturing.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM - 4:30 PM Salary: $22 - $25/Hr (DOE) Benefits: 401k Match, Medical Contribution, Sick Leave, PTO
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, directing as needed.
Assist in the project life cycle.
Operate production machinery and manage inventory.
Order materials and track purchases.
Familiarize with products and identify scopes of work.
Maintain project documentation and handle additional tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
QuickBooks knowledge preferred.
Blueprint reading skills a plus.
communication and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and data entry skills
