A local insurance company is seeking a Policy Issue Associate. In this role you will perform basic life insurance policy changes, ing premiums to policies and supporting company appointed insurance agents with service requests and/or questions. You will have interactions with agents by phone and email so excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed as well as data entry and computer knowledge. No life insurance experience is necessary. All training will be provided on site by the company.
salary: $15 - $15.001 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Data entry
Apply life insurance payments
Provide exceptional service to agents and clients
Adhere to confidentiality standards set by the company
Print, Bind, and prepare policy contracts to be mailed
