salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
People Leadership and Development: directly responsible for the growth and development of five direct
reports including: performance evaluations, succession planning, promotions, and long-term career
growth planning.
Performance management & leader standard work including setting short- & long-term objectives &
daily detailed planning & prioritization of work tasks
Evaluating off spec batches to determine cause and solution
Continuous improvement by analyzing run data and completing projects improving manufacturing by
reducing batch adjustments and cycle times
Managing raw material quality
Ability to make detailed observations of lab tests and to accurately record the data and observations
Work with low to moderately hazardous chemicals using safety procedures and practices
