Responsibilities
Develop preventive job tasks, standardized job plans, and schedules to improve the safety and productivity of the maintenance workforce while optimizing the utilization of company resources. This involves coordinating work with other areas, disciplines, and contractors.
Report out on applicable metrics and ensure proper documentation of completed jobs including equipment histories and as-built drawings.
Lead in development and utilization of SAP functions for maintenance, both functional location and equipment management.
Maintain administration of backlogs and permitting. This includes outage, housekeeping, and safety work order backlogs.
Assist in the budget and forecast process to improve maintenance cost, accurately project spend, and ensure timely expenditure reporting.
Support maintenance excellence initiatives such as technology advancement and optimization in the Planning, Scheduling and Storeroom areas while participating in EHS inspections and identifying follow up actions for inclusion in the scheduling process.
