Industry leading, very ruptable and well established Fortune 500 manufacturer is looking for a Water Treatment Manager in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a day shift M-F position.

This role comes with a very competitive compensation plan commensurate with experience with a base salary ranging from $110k to $120k plus a 20% bonus that pays quarterly.

Relocation assistance is available.

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

responsibilities:

  • Understands, monitors, and manages WaterTreatment effluent water quality to meet customer needs.

  • Manages the water treatment processes and environmental compliance.

  • Monitors equipment condition and operation, coordinating with MEU Maintenance for repairs, etc.

  • Oversees hourly Operators and assures accountability for strict SOP adherence.

  • Reviews water quality reports and makes adjustments to the ladle ship temperature.

  • Work with water treatment chemical vendor to troubleshoot water chemistries that will not meet required parameters.

  • Provides recommendations and detail for the five-year WTP Operational Expenditure budgets.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.

  • A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in a water treatment facility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.

  • Prefer ten (10) years of professional experience in a water treatment facility.

  • OEPA Class A Operator license.

  • Experience with Tabware, Ivara, Autocad, View Draw, Axiom, and other IT skills listed below.

  • Reliability-centered maintenance (Aladon RCM II) training.

  • Lean manufacturing, six sigma training.

  • World Class Manufacturing (WCM) training.

  • Labor Relations, Finance, and Accounting for the Non-Financial Manager training.

  • Planning and Scheduling training.
