job summary:
Quality Assurance Supervisor for a leading manufacturing facility based near Clemson, SC. This role is responsible to ensure achievement of production schedules in accordance with the plant quality objectives. To be considered - Bachelor degree with experience driving quality within a manufacturing setting.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree (Engineering or related technical discipline is ideal)
Experience driving quality improvements within a manufacturing setting
Knowledge of ISO9000 standards
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
Previous lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting

Ensures achievement of production schedules in accordance with the objectives of cost, quality, and lead time
Enforce compliance with Quality system and proper appliance of the defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level.
Contributes to the industrial processes improvement with the functions supports.
Responsible for people management including: goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being
