Seeking a highly skilled Press Brake Operator with experience in handling critical parts and expert ability to set-up and operate assigned machine tools. Ability to set-up machine tools and jobs for manufacture in accordance with set-up sheets, blue-prints and customer specifications and instruct lower-skilled B and C level operators.

salary: $23 - $27 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

Qualifications

(minimum job requirements)

 High School diploma, GED, or higher education

 3+ years of experience

 Understanding blue prints

 Knowledge of ISO 9000/AS 9100 preferred

 Forklift certification is a plus

 Other certifications in specific manufacturing fields a plus

 Ability to read, write, and understand the English language

Duties and Responsibilities

(primary job duties and responsibilities)

 Expert ability to set-up and operate assigned machine tools.

 Fully responsible for producing quality product in a timely and efficient manner with no technical

supervision.

 Set-up and manufacture parts in accordance with set-up sheets, blue-prints and customer

specifications utilizing the appropriate machine tools.

 Ability to set-up machine tools and jobs for manufacture in accordance with set-up sheets, blue-

prints and customer specifications and instruct lower-skilled B and C level operators.

 Fully responsible for checking product per the company sampling plan requirements and flowing

down sampling plan requirement instructions to lower-skilled B and C level operators.

Physical Requirements

 Moderate lifting up to 50 lbs

 Bending, stooping, pushing, kneeling

 Repetitive motion (grasping, reaching, twisting)

 Standing, sitting for extended periods of time

Working Conditions

 Exposure to environmental conditions (heat/cold)

 Exposure to Hazardous materials/fumes

 Working indoors and outdoors

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

Skills

• Press Operation

• read blueprints (5 years of experience is preferred)

• Math and Calculation (5 years of experience is preferred)

• measuring (5 years of experience is preferred)

• Precise (5 years of experience is preferred)
