Our client, within the cleaning products industry, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing customer accounts within our sanitation and chemical product lines. They are offering a base pay of $42-$45K,plus a strong commission planned and you are projected to make $65K annually within your first year. You must be bilingual in Spanish and have a strong sales OR customer service background to be considered. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Accurately capture customer requirements, provide product information, and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline within the company's CRM system.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Skills
