job summary:
Join a multi-billion dollar manufacturing organization for a contract role as a mechanical design engineer. This role will be part of the R&D team and will play a pivotal role in the design and development of new and existing products. An ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, performing similar tasks and duties.

responsibilities:
Contribute to development of new and existing products and processes
Design and develop products from proof of concept through product launch
Create and maintain technical drawings for product components and assemblies
Create process validation protocols and reports, conduct hands-on testing
Develop and maintain documentation for product specific design history
Create project schedules
Qualifications
Experience with CAD Software, preferably Solidworks
Experience with GD&T
2+ years of experience (relevant internships will suffice) in a manufacturing environment
