Responsibilities
Direct and monitor warehouse operations to ensure timely availability and utilization of resources
Coordinate activities with commercial teams, drivers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
Utilize ERP system (SAP) to process orders, update statuses, and track equipment movements
Act as a central information source for customers and internal teams, providing timely updates and assistance
Receive and process customer service requests, gathering necessary information for successful job execution
