Prominent machinery manufacturer in Chesapeake in search of an Electrical Engineer to aid in the design and development of all aspects of the electrical system for a full line of custom machine tools and supporting equipment. The position will involve the design and creation of complete electrical drawing sets, user manuals, and supporting documentation. responsibilities:
Experience in the design of power and control circuits for industrial machinery.
Experience with AutoCAD and EPLAN
Responsible for the detail design of 480V AC power circuits and 24V DC control circuits.
Drafting of electrical schematics in IEC format.
Provide phone, email, and virtual support to customers and service technicians.
Creation of machine user manuals and documentation.
