We are partnering with one of our national clients in the Logistics industry, and recruiting candidates to join their team as an Oracle Payroll Systems Analyst. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity is completely Remotely working and would require you to have Oracle Fusion experience. Please see the job description below for more details. Responsibilities
Overview:
- As the Payroll System Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and ongoing operations of Payroll solutions within our organization. You will work with a team of HCM professionals, collaborate with cross functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of HCM initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Master's degree is a plus.
Experience in Implementing Oracle Payroll system and 3-5 years of expertise as a Functional consultant.
Extensive experience working with Payroll, Oracle HCM & T&A system, including implementation, configuration, and support.
Experience of implementing and managing Payroll systems in AMR region is required.
Understanding of Payroll process and best practices
Experience in training end-users and providing support for Payroll systems.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
