Reputable construction company within the Charlotte region has an immediate long term direct hire need for a billing specialist. Company focuses on commercial, residential and industrial developments. This is an in office 100% on site role. Experience within the AEC industry essential. Responsibilities
Reviews and analyzes contracts and job cost data from source documents (project reports and electronic format) to produce accurate invoices.
Prepare client billing in a prompt, accurate and timely manner using Sage 300 software.
Complete change orders, using AIA, and ensure all pertinent information is correct and included.
Make adjustments or corrections, and ensure all pertinent information is correct and included.
Reconcile any discrepancies in billing information.
Work worth other accountants on the team of 3 others for any research and provide resolutions.
Respond to internal and external clients with courtesy and professionalism regarding account status, transaction details, W9s, credit requests or other billing matters.
