Do you have a knack for training and are an subject matter expert when it comes to a WMS? We are working with a client that is growing at a very fast rate and are needing someone to come and lead the training and development for their WMS. If you have experience with WMS and training, for this position today!
salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
We are working with a client to find a Training Specialist that is detail-oriented with experience delievering WMS training and content. The training will be delivered to their internal employees within the current facilities.
Key Duties include:
Develops working knowledge of WMS systems and full line of services to effectively produce training content for the organization.
Implements training of the new WMS features across the site, including as needed training for staff, managers, and leads.
Reviews results and revisits as necessary
Works with management to manage internal reports and results
Keeps abreast of system changes, modifications, and new tools
Develops assessments to evaluate employee knowledge
Coordinates small class training as well as focused direction
Responsible for continuous improvement based on employee feedback and best practices
Creates and manages content across communication platforms
Builds team mentality for accomplishing company goals using technology
All other duties as assigned by leadership
Required Experience/Skills
Thorough user experience and knowledge of WMS functionality for receiving, order selection, packing and inventory management
User skills surrounding shipping platforms, and rules within the system such as routing, mapping, putaway and reporting
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Teaching and training skills across all levels of the organization
Spanish and English required
Skills
WMS (3 years of experience is required)
Training (2 years of experience is preferred)
Distribution (2 years of experience is preferred)
OMS (2 years of experience is preferred)
IMS (2 years of experience is preferred)
