We are a dynamic and growing company specializing in the manufacturing and logistics industry. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in our talent acquisition efforts. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates for various positions within the manufacturing and logistics sectors. This role requires fluency in both English and [Second Language], excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying top talent. Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for manufacturing and logistics roles.
Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for the positions.
Manage job postings and advertisements across various platforms.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
