Global manufacturer is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their expanding team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes, machinery, and systems. You will utilize your expertise to identify opportunities for improvement, develop maintenance strategies, and implement solutions to enhance equipment reliability and performance. responsibilities:
Reliability Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of equipment reliability data, failure modes, and maintenance history to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into equipment failures, utilizing methodologies such as Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to determine underlying causes and implement corrective actions.
Maintenance Strategy Development: Develop and optimize preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
Condition Monitoring: Implement and oversee condition monitoring programs (vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, etc.) to detect potential issues early and prevent unplanned breakdowns.
Risk Management: Assess risks associated with equipment reliability and develop mitigation plans to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and engineering to drive reliability initiatives and achieve operational excellence.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement efforts in reliability engineering practices, maintenance processes, and equipment performance.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of reliability activities, failure analyses, and improvement initiatives. Prepare regular reports to communicate reliability performance metrics and recommendations to management.
