A Capital Project Inspector is needed for a leading water utility near Cape Cod, MA. The Capital Project Inspector's primary responsibility is to ensure the successful completion of construction projects in compliance with company standards and regulations. You will assist in inspecting construction activities, preparing reports, and communicating with base personnel and subcontractors to maintain safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably two years of relevant construction or inspection experience. Certification in water distribution, wastewater collection, or inspection within the first year of employment is required. Proficiency in OSHA standards, the ability to read construction plans and reports effectively, and competency in computerized office tools and programs are essential for success in this role. This is a direct-hire role, and relocation assistance can be made available for qualified candidates.
