Hours: 6pm - 6:15am Schedule: 1 week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 2nd week: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
salary: $25 - $30 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 6 PM - 6:15 AM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Supports and has knowledge of responsibilities of operator level 1, 2 and Setter 1
Complete visual inspection of product per production specification for defects
Maintain clean workspace and 55 Standards in work area daily/weekly/monthly
Load the validated master cycle parameters into the Injection Molding machine at each startup.
Load programs into and align automated and robotic systems.
Ensure Injection Molding machines are running to standard and ensuring product quality meets specification
at each startup.
Troubleshoot mid-size to advanced problems in processes, escalate to Maintenance as needed
Answer alarms as needed, start and stop machines after initial start-up
Perform line clearances as required.
Clean injection molds as required per work instructions
Pull and set complex molds
Perform color changes and material lots as required, and complete traceability documentation
Perform assembly start up batches/shots for product change/new version
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 11 hours at one time
working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
