What will be your key responsibilities:
Cooperating with and advising to Hiring Managers
Managing the entire recruitment process
Sourcing for niche or demanding roles
Learning new things everyday - you will be responsible for variety of roles (white and blue-collar)
Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment process
Working for French-speaking Swiss market
What you need to bring:
Previous recruitment experience - end2end process
Sourcing skills
Experience from pharma industry is an asset
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Process-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn new things - pharma is an interesting industry!
Fluency in English and French - you will work in both languages
