Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and enhance job descriptions, add necessary requirements, and publish job requests received from host countries.

  • Coordinate talent referrals and the pre-identification process, managing all aspects of talent registration into the talent pool.

  • Validate information submitted by talent throughout the process and pass validated talent to the host country contact for the final interview.

  • Perform checks to ensure successful talent relocation and provide a high-quality experience from first contact to hire.

  • Manage applicant sourcing and screening, maintain and update the CRM system, and ensure a process-oriented workflow.

  • Develop sourcing strategies, handle applicant management efficiently, and screen applicants for new roles, demonstrating competency in CRM systems.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Previous corporate experience (recruitment experience not required; backgrounds in administrative or customer-facing roles are welcome).

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Proactive with strong organizational skills for effective planning.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills for professional external representation of Randstad Sourceright.

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with 2-4 days per month in the Budapest office.
