Responsibilities

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Distribute the Held Deal List to Sales and F&I Managers.

  • Distribute the CIT list to the same recipients as the Held Deal List.

  • Verify Gross Profit on Car Deals using recaps provided by the Deal Biller.

  • Review Internal RO postings for accuracy.

  • Review Parts tickets for correct Sales Tax application.

  • Post Used Vehicle Buy Ins.

  • Post Dealer Trades.

  • File incoming titles meticulously.

Weekly Responsibilities:

  • Complete Payroll accurately and on time.

  • Send Chargeback schedule to Managers (same distribution as CIT list).

  • Review Inventory Schedules for discrepancies.

  • Assist with breaking down car deals for proper documentation.

  • Process F&I Product cancellations efficiently.

  • Assist with Titlework, focusing on new vehicle and wholesale transactions.

  • Check for funding and call on missing titles twice weekly.

  • Post Incentive payments and reconcile related schedules.

Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Assist with month-end close out to be completed on the first business day.

  • Reconcile Finance Reserve Statements.

  • Reconcile Floorplan Statement.

  • Complete Month End books and submit to Corporate.

  • Review all schedules for accuracy and completeness.

  • Conduct Cash Count.

  • Perform Open RO Count.

  • Execute Inventory Purification to ensure accurate reporting.
