We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. Responsibilities

Administrative assistants are responsible for managing and organizing an office to ensure staff can work efficiently and communicate. Their job description may include a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Clerical tasksAnswering phones, greeting visitors, distributing mail, filing, and scheduling appointments

  • Computer tasksWorking with spreadsheets, creating presentations and reports, and updating databases

  • CorrespondenceDrafting and editing documents, including emails, memos, and letters

  • Other responsibilitiesPreparing meeting agendas, coordinating travel arrangements, working with maintenance staff and vendors, and researching and compiling information.
