salary: $20 - $21 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Support the insurance underwriting analysts with all operational and administrative tasks

  • Create, process, and administer life insurance applications and accounts

  • Process a large volume of new insurance applications

  • Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly goals

  • Learn and become well versed on how to administer insurance policy cancellations and reinstatements

  • Research discrepancies and changes to provide the correct resolution

  • Communicate with internal team members via chat, zoom, and email

  • Utilize multiple internal software systems to research missing data

  • File electronically all pertinent paperwork
