Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in PLC programming, VFD troubleshooting, and CNC machine repair to ensure the uninterrupted operation of our advanced manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess technical abilities, and demonstrate a proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks on CNC machines, PLC-controlled equipment, and VFD-driven systems to maintain optimal performance and reliability.

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and CNC controls.

  • Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime.

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance and implement process improvements.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and spare parts inventory.

  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in aerospace manufacturing or a related industry.

  • Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting, with experience working with Allen-Bradley or Siemens systems preferred.

  • Knowledge of VFDs and motor control systems, including troubleshooting and parameterization.

  • Experience with CNC machine repair and maintenance, including spindle alignments, ball screw replacements, and axis calibration.

  • Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
