Are you a detail oriented Payroll Specialist? Do you have experience with Accounts Payable? If you answered yes to both of these questions we have a great part time opportunity for you. work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Payroll:
Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely.
Calculate and deduct taxes, benefits, and other deductions.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
Maintain payroll records and assist with year-end activities.
Accounts Payable
Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and perform check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
Maintain vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries.
Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities.
