Responsibilities
Proven experience as a Phone Repair Technician, with a strong understanding of smartphone components and functionality.
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various phone models, including iPhones, Android devices, and other popular brands.
Familiarity with using repair tools and equipment, such as soldering irons, heat guns, and precision screwdrivers.
strong attention to detail and accuracy in diagnosing and documenting device issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills with customers and team members, conveying technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
