Are you looking to get your foot in the door with a well-established, financial institution? Are you advanced in MS Excel and enjoy working with reports? Then this is the right opportunity for you. We are looking for an Inventory Clerk in Brentwood, NY to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have stellar interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment. This is a temporary, long term position based on your performance and attendance. Work hours: M-F 5pm-1:30am. Must be able to work 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM and weekends as needed (Including Holidays) The pay range is between $18-$20/hour depending on skills and how the interview does.

Responsibilities
Pull Machine Part orders for Techs.
Receive parts into the system that are delivered day by day.
Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, order more parts/supplies and materials as necessary.
Oversee fulfillment of supply by verify quantity and quality of incoming shipments, checking invoices for billing accuracy
Work with tech team to compile parts lists for upcoming PM's rebuilds and other projects.
Maintain and update Production Tech Support SharePoint site
The essential functions of this role include:
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
