job summary:
Our client is seeking a Porkect Engineer who will focus mainly on developing and improving products, designs, and processes. This involves conceptualization, basic research, planning, design, testing, analysis, prototyping, validation, and implementation.

responsibilities:
Manage small-scale projects from concept to implementation
Use expertise in one or more technical disciplines to resolve most production issues independently.
Conduct analysis on specific items or support larger projects.
Develop and execute testing protocols with input from others.
Establish and ensure adherence to quality expectations and QA protocols using technical expertise.
Create production procedures, work instructions, QA matrices, and bills of materials for specific products or activities.
Provide solutions to production problems.
Modify and refine existing product lines.
Evaluate and approve new vendors after initial assessment.
Contribute to larger-scale engineering projects.
Support the development of production capabilities to bring R&D products to market.
Train Customer Service on products.
Make presentations on specific products.
Help reduce production costs through process refinement, best practices, and improved production methods.
Assist in costing analysis and return on investment evaluations.
