We are seeking an experienced Event / Trade Show Manager to join our client's team and oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of various events and conferences. The ideal candidate will have a background in event marketing or marketing communications, preferably within the financial services industry. This role requires multitasking abilities, expertise in event management software, and a dedication to measuring ROI for all programs. salary: $43 - $45 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Manage program deliverables, including marketing communications, collateral, registration/invitation copy/promotions, event logistics, and sales communications.
Oversee third-party conferences, including marketing, event planning, exhibit booths, and collaboration with sales on staffing and scheduling.
Support smaller industry conference deliverables through booth coordination and premiums.
Ensure all event components showcase SPDR thought leadership in an integrated marketing approach across channels.
Provide on-site support for additional events as needed.
Maintain events budgets, submit invoices, and track team corporate credit cards.
Manage the events/conferences calendar with dates, costs, venues, etc.
Maintain premiums/Harte Hanks; manage quantities, stock, and refresh items on Harte Hanks and SalesForce.
Measure return on investment for all programs and provide analysis reporting.
Qualifications:
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and balance competing goals and projects.
Expertise in events and/or marketing, preferably within the financial services industry.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with CVENT and SalesForce is a plus.
Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of event marketing and/or marketing communications experience.
