Our client is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that inspires the world to communicate and advance faster. They are currently hiring an Channel Quoting Specialist to join their team in Bosie. As a Channel Quoting Specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our channel business by effectively managing interactions with our distribution partners. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue and sales targets while ensuring alignment with our clients selling strategies and best interests. With a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction, you will take ownership of the quoting process and address any customer issues that arise. If you have at least 3 years of experience then for this role today.
salary: $19 - $21.63 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
As a Channel Quoting Specialist, Job Duties include:
• Own a subset of channel customers and drive to meet/exceed established revenue and sales targets and metrics
• Align to Channel leadership selling strategies
• Make independent pricing decisions within given guidelines
• Manage quotes within an assigned region/territory or rep firm and help train and direct information out within the defined area of responsibility.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Be an expert on market pricing and own any escalation required to win the business.
• Work with Sales and/or Sales Operations to resolve any escalated delivery and/or pricing issues.
• Provide contract pricing guidelines to our sales team and provide blanket pricing.
• Quote follow up and determine what we need to do to win the business.
Skills:
3+ years working as a Channel Quoting Specialist in sales operations, channel management, or a related role, preferably within the technology industry.
Demonstrated understanding of pricing strategies and market dynamics.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
