Responsibilities

Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to assist in the development and execution of sales strategies. Provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations throughout the sales process.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences. Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely assistance.

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize your expertise in health insurance/life insurance sales, CPA, or mortgage to identify potential clients and generate leads. Proactively engage with prospects to understand their financial goals and introduce our services.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Coordinate follow-up activities and ensure timely progression of sales through the funnel.

Financial Analysis: Leverage your background in financial services to conduct thorough analyses of client portfolios, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on their financial objectives.

Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
