Randstad is supporting a national customer service organization. These roles are remote and can sit in certain states across the US. People with call center experience supporting insurance clients would be highly preferred for these openings. Responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent and previous supervisory experience in a call center environment. Leading virtual teams a plus.
• Possess a customer service background with the ability to drive results for your team.
• Team Management: Supervise a team of 15 or more virtual insurance service or sales consultants who engage with existing and prospective customers to offer tailored solutions.
• Highly experienced in delivering technical training programs to employees through virtual platforms
The essential functions of this role include:
